Cobalt blue quilted double gauze fabric. It has great quality and would make a fabulous quilted jacket. The fabric is the same on each side with a thin polyester wadding centre. 

Composition: 70% cotton fabric, 30% Polyester (The blue fabric is cotton and the wadding is polyester)
