It's definitely sweater weather, so I am sure you'll enjoy wearing the new Sandrine, a top to definitely feel cozy in. It's a raglan, so it's knitted top down and all in one piece with our colorful Voluming skeins. The aran weight yarn and bigger needle make the sweater grow quickly, so you can wear it sooner rather than later.

The fit is oversized, feels wonderfully comfortable and has full sleeves. The neckline, bottom edge of body and sleeves are ribbed.
For sizes ranging from S-34/36/38”, M-40/42/44”, L- 46/48/50” with a positive ease of 13" to 20" worked into the pattern which of course depends on you getting the suggested gauge. So make a swatch to see if you need to go up or down a needle size or even two.
The pattern was test knitted and is fully written and offers a measuring chart to select your size. You get to try on your sweater at several places to make sure the fit will be right for you.
The knit kits include
- Voluming skeins, an aran weight washable acrylic yarn, wonderfully soft to wear. 2/3/3 skeins needed.
- The printed pattern and emailed PDF file.
- All packaged in a convenient project bag.
Notions needed
- Two US size 11 (8 mm) circular needles, a 16” (41 cm) and a 36” (102 cm) in length.
- Scrap yarn or interchangeable cords for placing sleeve stitches on hold.
- 7 markers, one being different to mark beginning of round.
- Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 9 sts and 15 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch. Remember to get the correct gauge, otherwise your top won't fit right. You may need a larger needle size or even two to get gauge, as some test knitters did.
Techniques applied: Knitting and purling in the round, raglan increases, yarn overs, placing sections on hold, picking stitches up again, weaving in ends. Blocking is optional, the sample as shown was not blocked.
